By accessing the RapidCore platform, you accept these terms of service. For questions, contact us at legal@rapidcore.io. Your use of our services implies your subjection to the terms specified below.
1. Packages and Unlimited License Authority
The user ('Licensee') who purchases one of the Starter, Pro, or Empire packages is granted a perpetual (pay-once-use-forever) right to build, publish, and commercialize an UNLIMITED number of end products (websites, apps, SaaS platforms, etc.) for themselves or their clients using the RapidCore infrastructure.
2. Intellectual Property and Restrictions
You may sell the end solution you build with RapidCore, but you cannot sell RapidCore itself. Users CANNOT SELL, DISTRIBUTE, SHARE, or RE-LICENSE RapidCore source codes (core engine, boilerplate, templates, or components) as they are or by modifying them into a directly or indirectly competing product (boilerplate, UI kit, starter kit, etc.).
3. Strict Refund Policy
RapidCore is a downloadable and copyable digital software product (source code). Therefore, once the purchase is completed and access to codes is provided, NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, or EXCHANGES will be made. The user accepts in advance that they waive their right of withdrawal and refund request by confirming the purchase.
4. Disclaimer (As-Is)
RapidCore software is provided 'as-is'. No express or implied warranty is given regarding fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance. All risks regarding commercial loss, data loss, or technical issues arising from the use of the software belong to the user.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RapidCore's (and its founders', employees') total financial liability in any claim or damage is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the relevant product package. No compensation claim exceeding this limit is accepted.
6. Price Adjustments
RapidCore reserves the right to change the prices, content, or license scope of product packages for future buyers. Existing license holders retain their rights as of the date of purchase and are not affected by future price increases.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. İzmir Courts and Enforcement Offices have exclusive jurisdiction in the resolution of any disputes arising from this agreement.
