License Agreement (EULA)

This agreement defines the license rights, usage limits, and commercial authorization scope of RapidCore software. By purchasing, you accept these terms in advance. For legal inquiries, you can reach us at legal@rapidcore.io
1. Parties and Scope
This agreement is made between the 'Licensor' (RapidCore) and the 'Licensee' (User). RapidCore reserves the intellectual property rights of Next.js 15, React 19, and all related modules (Web, AI, Game).
2. License Types and Commercial Rights
Starter: 1 commercial project. Pro & Empire: Unlimited commercial projects. All packages acknowledge that 100% of the revenue generated from end products (SaaS) built with this infrastructure belongs to the user.
3. Strict Prohibitions and Restrictions
Selling or distributing source codes as a 'code template', 'boilerplate', or 'UI Kit' is strictly prohibited. Copying the core logic to create a competing product is grounds for legal action.
4. White-Label (Empire Exclusive)
Empire owners have the right to remove 'RapidCore' branding under the 'White-Label' feature. However, this right does not include marketing the main codebase as a competing boilerplate.
5. Disclaimer
The software is provided 'as-is'. The Licensor cannot be held responsible for data loss or financial damages arising from third-party APIs (OpenAI, etc.) or incorrect configuration.
6. Limitation of Liability
RapidCore cannot be held responsible for any illegal activities or criminal situations that the user may perform using this software. Misuse of the software is entirely the user's legal responsibility.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. İzmir Courts and Enforcement Offices have exclusive jurisdiction in the resolution of any disputes arising from this agreement.
8. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior oral or written representations.
9. Authority of this Agreement
This agreement enters into force upon installation or purchase of the software and has full binding legal authority over the parties.
